You can ask for refund on any order purchased on Miły’s Buy & Sell Parts, (later: MB&SP.com) — reason is very important, because we need to know a problem to solve it, and improve our services. MB&SP.com, for request sent via http://mbsp.com.pl/support we will return your money only when request was sent before 14 days after you got your order. You can request a refund if our fullfilment departament made a mistake. For example: Product sent wasn't ordered by you or theese products are not what you have ordered, damaged products or are not working as it should, products that quantity does not match, etc. You have more information below, but if your case does not match requirements to request a refund, you can still ask for it. Money will be transfered by the same payment method that was used to pay order. We can also send you MB&SP.com Gift Card activation code if you ask for it.
